EUSexDolls order is custom made to the options you have chosen.As this is a custom product created just for you, once production of your custom doll has started your order may not be cancelled for any reason.
Returns are accepted only if you have received an incorrect item due to our error, or a defective item. In which case we are happy to pay for the return shipping, fix or replace the item at no additional charge and ship it back to you.
You have 24 hours after package delivery date to report any problem. Please inspect your doll as soon as it arrives.
Sex dolls are used for sex and are not returnable for any reason if used.

Order cancelation before order processing.
If an order is canceled based on customer request before it has been processed, we will refund the amount excluding transaction fees associated with the original payment.
